Mila Virginia Prahl

Mila (pronounced Mee Laa) Virginia Prahl was born 3/5/08 @ 12:01 AM weight of 7lbs 7.7oz and 20.5 inches in length.

Winter, Mila and I are finally home. We were allowed to leave the Hospital this afternoon. Winter unfortunately had to get an emergency C-section, so our hospital stay had to be an extra day. Her recovery is going very well, and Mila is already gaining weight. She was last weighed in at 7lbs 11oz.

Everyone at the hospital was great. We have noting but good things to say about the staff at the Livingston Memorial Hospital. They were all very accommodating and considerate.

Grandma Huber (though she wants to be called Auntie Cindy) has been taking a ton of pictures, and as soon as I get her pictures i will try and post them online.

Well that's all for now. Both Winter and I are tired and trying to recover from a crazy 72 hours.

Thanks to everyone out there who called and/or sent emails, etc.

Love,

Torsten, Winter, and Mila :)

Okay, I can't think of anything funny to say...She's just too damn cute! What a great name. She's an actual MVP! Just remember, that colostrum poo's got nothing on the real thing, except for its projectile properties. I guess that's Mother Nature's way of teaching new parents to stay out of the line of fire...like rubber bullets. They're generally non lethal, but very effective.

Hi Torsten, Winter, and Mila! and grandparents all around
Hope you are all getting acquainted. I remember the first couple of weeks for Blayne and Laura(and Gabe and Raph) were an adjustment, because I can't remember back when I had my babies!! I hope Mila is nursing well and if not she will which I'm sure Cindy had told you. The main things is-don't worry!! Let people wait on you and you enjoy every moment because in a blink of an eye she will be walking and talking! She is soo darling. I can't wait to hold her!
So what are your travel plans? When do you arrive? (JUST KIDDING!)
Take care and have fun!
We love you!
Larry and Ann
